I have fallen pretty hard for Friday Night Lights, and would definitely commend it to anyone who hasn't already found out they don't like it.

I am a huge fan of stylised, clever writing a la Joss Whedon or Aaron Sorkin, but the naturalism of dialogue in Friday Night Lights completely blew me away. I loved The Wire, and the way that it constructed ( Read more... )
